Baptism

Baptism is an external display of the inner change.
Public Declaration - it’s a way to express belief in Christ Jesus, & proclaim love, trust, & hope in Him
Symbolism - Symbolizes the believer’s death to sin, the burial of their old life, and resurrection to a new life in Christ.
Obedience - act of Obedience
Entrance into the Christian Family - marks the entrance into the Christian Family
Forgiveness of Sins - Baptism symbolizes your sins being washed away into the sea of forgetfulness
Eternal Life - marks the entrance into Eternal Life
Colossians 2:12: For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with Him you were raised to newlife because you trusted the mighty Power of God, who raised Christ from the dead.
There is not time like the present. John 7:27 tells us this very simple thing: no man knoweth the hour when Jesus will return. The best way to begin is to begin.
